No — we are designers, not builders. We thrive on collaboration, so as project managers we can liaise with architects, builders, landscapers you engage to bring our carefully crafted designs to life.

Yes, we have a trusted network of high quality builders and contractors we can recommend for each stage of the building process.

You should always investigate permit requirements for structural builds in your area. As experts in the industry, we can certainly help you untangle the jargon. Some Australian states have made recent reforms to secondary dwelling building requirements, to make it easier to build in your backyard, but some permits may still be required. Check the requirements in your state.

Cost varies, but our existing designs start from $14,900. We will discuss ballpark costs with you in the initial zoom meeting, and you’ll have the opportunity to tell us what sort of budget you have to work with.

Depending on demand, availability and any other variables, we aim to complete a pavilion design project within an approximate 4-6 week timeframe.
